A God sent service specially for me being a senior citizen

I had a small leak coming from my hot water heater. The tank was 23 years old so I didn't know if it would be covered. It was! All I paid was the $100 fee for them to come out initially and $288 for water and gas line modifications. The new tank, labor to install and haul-away of the old tank was covered. Thank you, American Home Shield!

AHS promptly responded to my request for service.
The technician was able to come assess what my issue was and got my refrigerator fixed the next week.
Professional and quick response. The agent understood my problem and contacted the correct company for the service.
I have been a AHS customer for 15+ years. Good response time when requesting service. Problems usually resolved in one visit. Some contractors are better than others, especially for HVAC central air conditioner systems. Would like the opportunity to pick a contractor from a list of available choices from AHS. Currently the contractor is assigned by AHS.
