Excellent. We have been with American Home shield for over 10 years, and they have made multiple repairs. They never bait and switch, or find a way to deny valid claims with fine print or pre-existing conditions...they simply deliver. American home shield has saved us a ton of money on repairs. We cannot imagine owning a home WITHOUT having American Home shield, and our home is barely over 10 years old.
