They tried to fix our refergerator with two different repairs. But that didn't work So then the process to replace it with a new one seem to take a little longer. But they offered several options to purchase a new one. That was nice.
They are quick to respond to service requests. Their service vendors are professional and do a great job.
I am with HSA . As I understand it HSA is a subsidiary of American Home Shield and if not so be it. I am very satisfied with the cost, coverage and customer service provided by HSA.
