We reported the problem with our a/c to American Home Shield. AHS promptly assigned the problem to a repair contractor. He contacted us and set up a time to check out the problem. He came as promised and called us with his recommendations. Great job from start to finish!

Since my dishwasher was not able to be repaired, AHS replaced it and the options for the replacement were very satisfactory. I chose the Lowe's ecard option and was very pleased with how I was able to personally view and choose a washer that I am very pleased to have.
