I like that they make an honest effort in a timely manner to try to resolve whatever situation you have. Or replace the item with a like item or similar. What I don't like is some of the representatives I cannot understand them and they don't quite understand. Other than that I highly recommend American Home Shield the warrant is worth the money and they get the job done as quickly as possible.
