Fine, but I had to get involved in the coordination process
We got our contractor scheduled right away to repair our furnace. They came out, fixed it, and10 minutes after he left it quit again, although it was a different issue. After a quick phone call, the new part was ordered, a new appointment scheduled and we are up and running. I don't blame the contractor as he fixed what was wrong. The furnace is 28 years old and that was the first thing ever done to it. It was the follow up and the great customer service that makes me appreciate this company.
