I have filed one claim with AHS and was pleased with the quick response I received to my online request. A service company was assigned the same day and they responded quickly to set an appointment. I waited a few days for a tech to become available and the tech was on time as scheduled and was able to find the problem. Unfortunately, I needed a new part so had to wait for AHS to order it. I called AHS and got a call from the contractor they assigned the same day. He scheduled me for the next day, showed up on time and completed the job in a professional manner. Great job all around!

Still waiting on communication from AHS on whether they’ve ordered the part needed to fix our AC unit so we can schedule the repair with the contracting company. It’s been 3 weeks with no AC in Florida during July with 100 degrees plus on most afternoons.
