We had a veryloud noise issue coming from the tankless water heater. The first plumbing company that AHS sent could not fix the issue because they did not work on that brand. AHS sent another plumbing company and their rep diagnosed the problem, fixed it and the water heater has been running quiet ever since.
I’ve always been pleased with American Home Shield. My repair requests are dealt with very promptly and professionally. Can’t complain!

The system allows you to file claims efficiently. I don't often care for the companies that get assigned to me. I've actually had to kick a rude appliance repair man for my washer out of my house. Now I check their ratings and request a different company if I need to. That works better for me. I also don't like it when they don't speak English very well. I liked the entire experience, from the time the claim was made to the completion of the job.
Cooper Appliance was great. They came out as quickly and did a good job. They had to come back but are really trying to figure out what is wrong with refrigator.
