Peace of mind, but doesn't cover all items even if ot was stated in the contract that it would. (one major instance) all the others were acceptable

They were quick to send us professionals who were able to resolve our problems.
They were able to get a service contractor out here and unfortunately my appliance was deemed nonrepairable. Within a week the new appliance was ordered and put in and working great.
I have been with AHS for over25 years. I like having covered items protected from disrepair. I don’t like the difficulty to get a supervisor when something goes wrong or when can’t get resolution from regular process. Also don’t like scripted verbiage that often is disingenuous. Very long wait times for a live person
