I appreciate that every time I called, I actually got a person on the phone to discuss the problem. I do not like conducting business using an automated system. There are some things in life that require human interaction!

Easy to schedule an appointment. Technician communicated with us regarding times and ordered parts, returned and installed parts. Technician is the most professional and helpful. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend.
Prompt service
We had quick service on our recent claim we filed for a leaky toilet. They came the next day and were very pleasant. Very careful with not tracking in anything on floors and carpets! Highly recommend Tank's Plumbing!
My only concern is the time it takes between calling AHS and the completion of the repairs. The parts are common and I’m pretty sure that the could be purchased for the local Appliance Parts warehouse about a mile from my house.
