I couldn't be happier. My fridge died, they came out quickly and determined it couldn't be repaired. Within 48 hours they had approved a payout since they didn't have a comparable replacement in inventory. The payout hit my account with 48 hours. Thank you! Previously I had a contract with Choice Home Warranty and it was a nightmare. They only payout wholesale cost with a Lowe's gift card and it took 30 days to receive the gift card. Horrible service.

AHS restricts the quality of service the technician are able to provide.which causes the service mem to return a number of times. Also, AHS use to be a lot quicker in providing repairs and having a company available.

American Home Shield allowed me to get a second opinion on my furnance repair. This allowed for the second opinion to be able to fix the furnance. They listen to us regarding how bad the first contractor was and did not hesitate to send another contractor.
