I enjoyed that they got right on the call to get someone out to fix my refrigerator. I believe that they worked as fast as they could to have them come back out which I thought took a little too long over a week. American home shield did exactly what the advertise if they couldn’t fix it they replaced it. Amazing thank you

My monthly premium has increased substantially over the past few years and is higher than some of your competitors for the same coverage by $50 a month. I feel it fair to inform you that I will be looking for a different provider this year. I am happy with the coverage and service you have provided, but it is getting too expensive.
