I like everything about the plan. Customer service is great. The gentleman that come out was great!
Mmmmm, so far, so good. I can't honestly put a 5-star rating yet, because I haven't received all the services yet.
I had my first service call in a year, plumber, diagnosed and repaired my problem in a very timely manner.. tech was helpful and a very nice, thoughtful young man..
Even though the price has gone up over the years, the added services has made it worth while. Being able to video talk with a professional has been such a welcome change. Customer service has always been wonderful.
I had doubts to begin with, but when I needed service, it was perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The service I received was so professional and very reasonable. AHS is great at matching contractors to my needs. The contractors for this recent job were CNG. They repaired a leak under my slab and did an amazing job! They did the job in 2 days and cleaned up after themselves. They did the least amount of damage possible so that when they were done, they could restore my space like they found it. They were courteous, on time, and diligent about the work they did. I'd recommend to anyone for any plumbing needs.
