The rating would be 5 stars if it hadn’t taking a full month to get my Washer Repaired. The Washer Maintenance personnel was great with the diagnosis and repair but the time between getting the technician out and ordering the parts and repair was entirely too long. It needs to a faster response and repair time because I was without a washer from 12/7/2024 until 1/2/2025

I have had great service and I’ve had bad service with AHS, we have been customers for 21 years, in the past they were a very trusted company and provided great service, I have had a mixed bag lately. I have had a few unexpected claims. Takes too long to get service to our home. When given the option to her our own contractor, it takes forever to get reimbursed, if at all.
