I have had the warranty for about 10 years now and it has been a nice experience. When I call to request a service repair, within a few days they have someone out to check it.
I called in for a service ticket related to my water heater not working. I spoke with the plumbing company assigned the next day. The company was supposed to come 2 days later, but had a cancellation and came and fixed my issue the next day. Home Shield investment is one of the best investments you can make into your home. I definitely recommend Home Shield.

Still waiting on my reimbursement for a microwave we purchased and sent in our receipt for. It's been 3 months
The customer service I have had has been difficult over the last 3 months and am told conflicting information - blamed would be my reaction on any calls. But, the appliance repair technicians are always amazing.
