Good coverage, relatively easy to work with, not 5-star because phone call waits are ridiculously long (an hour long every time), need to hire more operators.

Easy to file a claim, response is prompt, techs dare professional and work is done right
Unless their policies change I have had very good luck with them. I have had a couple of little hiccups in dealing with them but for the most part I can't complain. I recommend them to family and friends.
