I used to have Select Home Warranty, but I wasn’t satisfied. If I had an issue, the numbers they would give me would be for companies that weren’t even in business anymore. I canceled the service and then my sister told me about AHS. Interacting with the AHS rep was seamless when I called for my kitchen sink stoppage. They said the claim would be submitted and I would get something back from the contractor. The contractor was very professional. The tech for our washer was super nice. He explained everything and he was quick getting the part. For our fridge the part took about a week to get it. The tech had to fix the bottom. The wheels fell off. It was messing with the door closing. He fixed it all and it works good now. We were able to move it. A couple of years back we were at a tough time when the heat went out and I have kids, and this was and it was snowing.
