American Home shield was prompt to come and fix my appliance that was not working. In the process, the worker broke a part of another of my appliances, but were quick to replace the broken part.

Good company and have had them for years. Would give 5 stars but they seem to like to always fix old appliances that sometimes need to be replaced. Took three fixes on our refrigerator before replacing it. Dishwasher is old and falling apart on outside but works good after couple fixes on inside. They won't repair/replace cosmetic issues.
