My husband called a claim in to American Home Shield for our clogged shower. They sent DDependable Service. It’s the second time we’ve had to use them, unfortunately, but I can’t say enough about them. They were here within 20 minutes. The water heater broke. High Priority Plumbing Services came out the following day and they had to replace it. The technician was good and professional. I appreciate what he did. I liked that American Home Shield was quick on the processing. I didn't have to wait long. It was dealt with in a timely manner. They were excellent. In fact, I recommended two other persons to them.

I have been with them 20 years, during this time I have had items fo our on me. I guess only having 1 bad experience is pretty good for 20 years, but you know how it is, people always remember the bad. It was a language barrier, still upsets me to this day. Why can't they get English speaking associates? Other than that issue they would of been 5 stars! I want to talk to someone in English, they understand English & don't sound like they're reading from the script they do read from.
The guy from Backyard Pools was really great. He knew his stuff and he was really quick, efficient, clean and to the point. The Coronavirus is prevalent so when he came in, they made sure he was all wrapped up. He's a really respectful gentleman and really impressive. American Home Shield is superb and amazing. We like them and we'll recommend them.

I have had a very good experience throughout the years I have had AHS coverage. Contractors contacted me on a timely manner and fixed or replaced the items as needed In the long run, you do save money and I'm happy about that because I don't have to call someone who knows who and all the responsability is lifted off of me. All I have to worry about is the copay. Thank you for making my life easier.
From beginning to end, everything was great with my plumbing claim. The contractor answered right away, came right away, ordered the part right away, and came back right away. The fellow who was here was very clean. People were wearing gloves when he came, but nobody was really wearing masks yet. He was not wearing gloves and when we spoke about it, he said that he didn’t really believe it was a problem.
