My mother-in-law is a Realtor and she recommended Home Shield. I've been with them for two or three years now and I've had no problems with my claims experiences. There was just one occasion when they didn’t cover something that I would have liked, but that’s understood. The contractors do quality work.
The air conditioning system was not cooling so I filed a claim and I had a prompt call from AMP Mechanical. They came out and they were very professional and very friendly. They did their jobs and left. That's all we wanted them to do. Since they have been out, it is currently cooling.
American Home shield always delivers in a timely manner. The techs that were sent to my home in the past has always been very professional. After identifying the problem or problems, the issue is always explained throughly to me. Lastly, once the work is complete, the technician always share best practices in order to take care of the repaired equipment. Thanks

It was a wonderful experience! The temperature of our Refrigerator was not stable. There is ice on the back of the fridge. The technician is very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use them again!

Very satisfactory experience. AHS arranged for a repair and it was determined that the needed part was unavailable. AHS immediately made a generous cash offer to buy a new refrigerator for me. I was able to choose a better, brand new refrigerator. An extended warranty, delivery, installation and haul-away were all paid for. I am very pleased.
