Promptness, courteous, somewhat affordable
This is the third year that we’ve re-upped with American Home Shield and they’ve done a good job for us so far. I’ve been very pleased with the service they've provided. I prefer to file claims online and they do a pretty dang good job. When I had a basement issue, they responded really quickly and got someone out within 24 hours. Our basement drain was backing up and I was done pushing it. Quality Plumbing & Drain came out and they were pretty much able to fix the issue. Someone from Mister Plumber came out and found a problem with the water heater. It was something about the igniter being dirty so he cleaned it and it started. Everything is working fine now. He did a very good job. He was on time and polite. He was very serious about the work and he got it done.
Because they are very good giving service, solving problems quickly, answer the phone when needed, the Contractors they use are good. I am very satisfied with the service they provide. That the reason I recommend them to all my family, friends and clients.
