They are incredibly responsive. They get back to you within minutes of filing a claim. Repair people have been uniformly excellent too.
When i request service I get a respond and a appt within 12-24hrs; i can always request a sooner appt with contractor dependiing on service needed.

Efficient, prompt. Send tech out right away. When range top too old to get parts, they replaced it with a new range top!
Prompt and professional service, they do as just as they promise and the technician they sent was very knowledgeable, I will definitely recommend any day.
We have AHS policies for both of our households and have had since 2002. Overall, we are so thankful that we do. The hardest part of having the policies is waiting for service and communication from the service provider. Otherwise, we have no real complaints. Having AHS in place helps relieve the fear of malfunctions of our homes. That is especially important as we age.
