There was an internal leak inside my toilet tank, so it was leaking water all the time. I submitted a claim to American Home Shield on a weekend. A guy from G&K Plumbing came out a couple of days later. I've had several home warranties before. American Home Shield is the best.
Quick results beyond my expectations. Ease of having them setting up a competent technician and appointment to complete the needed home repair or work order.
Everything with my AC claim was excellent and I really appreciated that it was done. I didn’t have to wait a few days. I have made a note because ACE Heating is very good.
Flexible and timely fixing issues are great. Things to improve on is coving more on air-conditioning repairs and Freon , 10$ does not help at all, covering more on hot water heater repair and parts.
It's easy to file a claim and the service technicians they send out are very professional.
