The process was good. I had a claim for the AC because the fan motor wasn't working. There were some email responses, telling us who to expect, and there was a phone call and an email from Total Air Care. The response was within the 48-hour period. The guy came out here, assessed it and got it working. This was the first time that we ever used the warranty so I didn't really know what to expect. The AHS folks were timely and supportive. They got it assigned to the correct company who was out the next day and did a great eT job. Will continue to recommend both AHS and Mission Plumbing.
There was a leak at the well pump and I sent in a claim online. It was easy to do and they said we would be contacted by the contractor within 24 hours and they did. We had good service. This is my second year with AHS and we like the fact that they cover the well pump and septic and a lot of different appliances.
I just purchased a new home. Noticed water collecting inside refrigerator. Called Claims to place service call. Received call a day or two later from repair company setting up appointment. Service guy was fast, friendly and professional. Problem fixed. Unfortunately he told me it will likely happen again.
Excellent response time, excellent follow up, price is in line with the protection offered, and the piece of mind.
They are good. They are punctual and have good people doing the repairs, so we are happy with them. Otherwise we will cancel them.
My initial experience at my primary home was excellent. A plumbing issue occurred with my sump pump on a Friday and I called it in. Within an hour, I had an appointment for a local firm to make the necessary repairs the following Monday morning. (The issue needed fixing but was not an emergency.) Very pleased with both AHS and the local firm. No muss & no fuss.
