Home Shield is well worth the money every month to have that peace of mind that I'll have assistance if something major breaks down. The technician from A-US came out for a checkup in preparation for the hot summer coming up. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He was very friendly and he kept the social distancing that we're under. He went right to it and was very helpful.
I filed a claim for my AC and everything went fine. Bella Heat & Air came in. I really like them. They fixed it and everything works.

I called AHS to submit the claim for the washing machine and the rep was terrific. I requested Dill Appliance because they're so good. They came before for the oven. They were great as far as following up, scheduling the appointment, and showing me what the issue was. They were quick and wonderful to work with.
Service to my needs and ability to deliver
If you’re going with a home insurance policy, make sure to verify that the people that you’re working with are up to par, and AHS is. Any time I buy a home, I always go with them. I like that submitting claims is simple and that they get on it really quickly. Moreover, their contractors are really nice to work with and knowledgeable. American Home Shield has always gotten my problems taken care of.. The only drawback is the wait for products to be replaced.
The fan was not spinning and the air wouldn’t come on. The guy from All American Services came, looked at the fan and he told me that I needed to replace the filter. He gave me the filter size and all that. He also offered to put it in, but I didn’t have one so he asked me to just get another one. Then he went out to the back and replaced whatever part that needed to be replaced on the actual system outside. So, overall, it went well.
