The fan was not spinning and the air wouldn’t come on. The guy from All American Services came, looked at the fan and he told me that I needed to replace the filter. He gave me the filter size and all that. He also offered to put it in, but I didn’t have one so he asked me to just get another one. Then he went out to the back and replaced whatever part that needed to be replaced on the actual system outside. So, overall, it went well. The one claim I had with American Home Shield was submitted online and it went fine.
A&S Plumbing came out when my hot water heater wasn’t heating water. When I spoke to them before they came out and told the tech what it was doing, he guessed that the issue was the gas control module on the front of the hot water heater. He went to the supply house and picked one up before he came to the house. Have just used for service ,for the 1st time, service was fast and good
Professional service from an outstanding plumber.
I went with American Home Shield since they covered more items and so far, things have been good. I've had them for two years and I haven't had any problems with covering any of the items. The response time is good and the contractors have all been good as well. When it comes to submittig claims, I’ve done both online and over the phone. The last one I did was online. Ace Appliance came out and it was great.
Fast service took care of the problem with out to long of a wait time. They did good !!
A dishwasher wasn't working and I was having trouble logging in online to file the claim, so I called American Home Shield. The company they sent out was very good, prompt and professional. It was perfect. I've had them out on two various occasions. One was for a stove issue and then it was a dishwasher issue. I was so impressed with them the first time that I requested them online and had an air conditioning guy come. We were having a terrible heat wave here and they came.
