AHS finally hired an HVAC company in Ft.Walton Beach
Work was done quickly after claim submitted.
Several weeks to have tech come out on this last call. Still waiting for part, then I will have to wait some more for the tech to come and install the part.

I have always received prompt responses from AHS and an immediate request from them to locate a service provider.
American Homeshield is great if all you need is to have something simple repaired. However, if you have something difficult or you require a replacement, you will have to wait at least 30 days for any resolution of a broken appliance issue. In addition, no one will automatically contact you to schedule replacement or to discuss the options for resolution... you have to repeated contact them for status updates and to obtain a replacement.
