Excellent process from beginning to end. Scheduling service on the online portal is so, communication with the service provider was terrific, and the service provider Accord Appliance was top notch! Communication from AHS after the service is always amazing too!
Everything went fine but always have to wait for replacement parts. This is a real inconvenience when your washer goes out.

So far, great experience. No issues. The only thing I would like them to improve on instead of us as the client reaching out to the merchants when they When refer us to someone that it should be there for responsibility to make sure the merchant did their job.
