The only problem we have is trying to get them on the phone. It usually takes at least 50 minutes.
They keep their promises. The price is right. The service people they have sent to my home were excellent.

American Home Shield is easy to contact and quick to help but sometimes their list of what they won't cover is frustrating. Most of our repairs were fixed quickly and the cost is covered but a few times they wouldn't cover some common parts.
