I have been with AHS for over 20 years. They have grown so big that they have lost the personal touch that used to set them apart from other companies. You can't reach a "real person" without a lenthy phone call with the automated system. When you do reach a real person, their responses to your inquiry are usually not an answer that helps you solve the problem.
