Tom was very efficient; clearly "knew his stuff"; diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, arranged for the sourcing of the required part, and spent approximately 15 minutes installing the fan motor. The fridge works fine. Our thanks for the efficient manner our problem was dealt with.
