Appliance First did an excellent job of communication with me and installing my new cooktop that had to be replaced. I was not happy when i received a message that American Home shield could not find an installer and I would have to find one on my own. Appliance First was assigned to my job after I first reported my cooktop shorted out. I had to spend two hours with different people on the phone trying to get a dispatch work order assigned to have him install the cooktop. Geoffrey was great. The first plumbing company you sent a few weeks ago was horrible. They charged us $1.800 to cut out a piece of leaking pipe. I had contact with another plumber here in Brevard cty and they would have charged $600. Geoffrey said $800. I do not want to see that plumber from Orange cty again. It would be nice if you could get a contract with a plumber here in Brevard cty.

I really never had an issue with AHS or anyone that they have sent to the house. However, I've noticed that they charge you for the service call before the person even gets to my home. I assume that's because people don't pay it when they should?
