Easy-to-use and have always gotten our money's worth.
The automated service system is limited; doesn't allow a full explanation of the problem being reported. I think we had one occasion where AHS or the vendor allowed us to record (video) the problem being reported. I thought that was brilliant. But our last service call did not. Vendor showed up and fixed the original complaint but noticed another issue while he did that repair. But he completely ignored the new issue and said we'd need to make another service claim. That's b.s.

Excellent service. Quick response to the problem
The second vendor who was sent to repair the refrigerator was THE BEST! Called in advance and followed up wih a text; arrived on time, professional and assessed the issue. Said he would be back the very next day with the compessor and will have it installed the same day. True to word, he arrived and within two hours the refrigerator was cooling. The service was next day. The repairman was prompt, courteous, and informative. The problem was fixed on site same day. Very pleased.
I like the web interface for making a claim. I got a service number and a call from the assigned repair service within 15 minutes.
