Overall a good experience
Well providing the dishwasher wasn't the issue.
Tony from Spartan Plumbing came out and snaked our kitchen sink which was clogged. Tony was great, on time and professional. Because we have needed to unclog this kitchen sink a couple times recently Tony recommended that we get Roto Rooter for our kitchen sink issue. Unfortunately Rooted Rooter is not covered under AHS. Tony said it use to be covered a couple years ago. I don't know why AHS wouldn't cover Roto Rooter as it would reduce the number of service calls which would ultimately be better for AHS profit-wise. Our initial repair appointment found nothing was wrong with our appliance. However the technician didn't convey on his report, which he did write on our invoice, that we needed a plumber referral! AHS representative could only use what the report conveyed and could not refer us to a plumber free of charge.
