I love American Home shield! First time home owners i recommended 10/10! In our first 60 days we had appliance die! AHS replaced it they offered a gift card but it was much easier and convenient for the tech to bring it and install it! We love it it’s worth the monthly premium!

Service has always been good sometimes may take longer if they have to order a part but overall service has been good. They were unable to fix our washer after several attempts, they had to remove the new parts they had installed and gave us a gift card at Lowe’s for the value of the washer. 439.$ But it took so long for the gift card to come thru that we went to Lowe’s at bought a new washer and dryer and when the gift card finally came thru, we will hang on to it for paper products, cleaning,etc…

I love the benefit of knowing there is a place I can call to get repairs done, without having to roam thru the internet looking for help and not knowing if service will be delivered. My daughter recommended the product and I am so happy for it.
