While some representatives I have talked with in the past will make you want to scream and drop AHS… others are very helpful. I transferred my warranty when I moved from Tn to SC and have been pleased so far.

American Homeshield has been efficient and professional. They quickly assign a repair company to review and repair or replace reported appliances. If you can't agree upon a replacement, they will provide a Lowes Ecard so you can select a replacement appliance.
