I am pleased with the service that was provided from American Home Shield through The Dawson Service in Dayton, Oh. The problem was correctly diagnosed, and after waiting a few days for the part to come in, we were blessed with cool air again during several warm days. Over the past years, AHS has given us prompt and excellent service!
The person was professional and courteous and got right to work on find the problem and offering two ways of solving the problem.
Work request was easy to submit and my issue was resolved within 48 hours.
