There was one dispute we had between the company and myself but it was settled with good feelings for both parties. I have been with AHS now for 27 years since I purchased my home and overall the service has been great.

I enjoy this home warranty. I have never had any issues they couldn’t help with and they always sent good folks to work on whatever I needed fixed. If it was something someone couldn’t fix they’d help refer me. Very impressed with the way everything is set up and the coverage is really good on my opinion. When you buy an older house, you need that extra piece of mind!

My experience has been great so far. The only complaint I have is the inability to email customer service. I do not always have time to wait on hold or spend a lot of time talking to customer service.

American Home Sheild is amazing! Get a policy you will not regret it! From the low, low price to the professionalism of of the customer service reps and and repairmen you just can't go wrong. They allow you an appropriate service window to schedule and if you need to replace something your choices are plentiful. I am so pleased I purchased a policy! I have recommended them highly to all my friends and family.

The company gets the job done but recent pricing is too high. The trade fee is too high. The monthly fees are too high. I'll be shopping for another provider.
