The service is very prompt. Both times the repairmen called us on the day we made our request and came out for service the next day. Our issues were solved. the repair men answered all questions and seemed very knowledgable. I would truly recommend this company.
I reside in California. On three separate occasions, I have used the services of AHS, once for the water heater, second time for my furnace and thermostat, and a third time for the a/c. Each time, the AHS rep answered the phone promptly and was very courteous. The service providers always called me within 24 hours to set up an appointment service time . All repair jobs were done professionally and efficiently. So far, I have been pleased with AHS and their contracted service providers.
In the beginning when I called to sign up I was under the impression that when I called for service within 24 hours someone would've been able to come to our home. It is 104-108 temp
I was happy with the response I had but the service personnel were not allowed to fix the problem that caused it
I was in awe with them. They went beyond what I expected to get my water heater replaced. When the first company tried to tell them it was caused by a power surge and not to be replace by warranty so that it would cost me $1500 American Home Shield called and told me they were sending me a second opinion. And not to tell them what the first company said to get me a fair quote. And the 2nd company was superb. They looked out for me and American Home Shield.
American Home Shield is the BEST value when it comes to Warranty Protection for your household appliances and Central Air System. Thank you American Home Shield for repairing my Central Air System in a fast and friendly environment!!

Great. My water heater stopped working. They sent Acrown plumbing. They discovered the problem and applied for an approval. It was approved in 24 hours and fixed the next day.
Never had a problem with them. Always prompt replies.
Customer service was very professional and handled all of my needs in a timely matter I am very pleased with the service that I received
