We purchased coverage when we bought an older home. In less than a year, the downstairs heat and air units went out. AHS was responsive in seeing repairmen for the few times necessary until the units finally died. We were patient and have ended up with new inside units.
My hot water tank failed on a Wednesday. I emailed AHS and received a response the same day. The contractor contacted me and scheduled service visit within 24 hours. The new water tank was installed and working on Friday afternoon. Contractor was prompt, courteous and efficient.
Sean was incredible. He was able to actually diagnose the problem correctly after two plumbers had tried to remedy the situation. He was very thorough and replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. He was kind and professional! THANK YOU!
After I submitted my claim to AHS, it was immediately assigned to Appliances and More (who, in turn, contacted me and set up an appointment). The technician was prompt and solved my issues; there were two. The microwave needed a part (a board). It arrived in a few days and he was immediately dispatched to our home and it was repaired in minutes. Kirk was professional and courteous.
