I needed my washing machine repaired as it had stopped working. I called AHS and received an appointment for service. The repairman was prompt, courteous, and professional. He had my washing machine up and running again in no time. Thank you so very much AHS for providing great service! I will be sure to keep my home warranty current because I know you will be there for me when I need you.
I only had one complaint. I ordered a service on a garbage disposals and the person taking the order did not look up to see if it was covered and a person was sent to fix and while they were here that got a call that the item was not covered. That has sense been corrected.
This is a dependable company. I know that if I need service, it will be provided. This gives me peace of mind and that is very important. My last service call should get an 11. 5 hour window for the technician and he arrived 10 minutes into that. Problem solved in another 20. It just doesn't get any better!
I’ve had American Home Shield for about 8 years and have never even a questionable interaction with the company . The employees of the company have always been professional, courteous, and respectful. The repair personnel have been professional and taken care of repairs or replacements of unrepairable object in question. U hired a new company to do the work. They were great however they were new to u as well and was not informed by your company on how to handle the details for a replacement unit. That slowed the process . Everything was finally completed and was done well.

Excellent contractors, response time, and quality of repair/replacement of our microwave, wall oven, and ice maker.
I called I put in an online request to repair my washing machine and dryer. Customer service called me the next day to set up an appointme. The sevice man showed within3 days on the set appointment weeks back as promised the repaired the dryer American Home shelf saved 400.00 dallors in repairs. I am very satisfied with the service.
Seamless. Asked for service through their portal and got a call within 24 hours. Fixed in 48 hours. Well worth money !
