Good response time, friendly technicians, the only questions is why the companies that came out to do the repairs were not local.
The amount I was offered to replace both my washer and dryer was not adequate to buy a reasonably priced set. I still had to pay an additional $500.00 for the set. I had a very nice quality Maytag. I’ve been paying Am Shield $56. 00 a month for 7 years.
Great experience. Quick response. Problem solved hassle free.

I called American Home Shield one morning about my dishwasher and by the afternoon the company called to schedule to work it. The next morning a tech showed up at 0900 and fixed the dishwasher.
They were prompt and competent. The problem was diagnosed in one trip and fixed the next day!

Everytime one of my appliance devices breaks down and I can't correct the issue AHS has been there to help. They are prompt and the contractors are on-time, mostly early. I like just having to pay a deductible unless the device is trash.
