our usual contact is online. appointments are established very quickly, and the service personnel are polite, cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. no effort spared to keep us up-to-date about what they are seeing and the diagnosis. if a return trip is necessary, the procedure and results have always been satisfactory.
This is my first time using my Home Warranty with American Home Shield. I am very pleased with the overall process from calling to file a claim to the contractor who came out and took care of my issue. I am very happy with them and would recommend to anyone wanting a Home Warranty for their home.
The repairman was extremely courteous and explained everything that he was checking and what needed to be done. He returned to install the part and again the service was incredible
Have been with AHS for one year and am very pleased with the service Had to use you twice and both time everything went as planned and the contractors were very good and fast. The only problem I have is customer service wait time.. The other day I called my wait time was over an hour, which i could have done other things instead of staying on hold. The customer service rep was very pleasant and helpful which was great. Will continue with you.
