AHS was very professional from the moment I called to report my dryer issue. They even delayed my copay until my technician finished the job, nice move. Always report your issue the moment you suspect something is wrong and don't wait until it creates a secondary problem otherwise the repair can result in customer negligence.

Prompt, kept me updated and replaced the disposal quit and efficiently.
Our pool pump was making this whirling sounds and when I called and told the agent our problem he was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. We received an email right away from the company and all information that we needed to set up the appointment. Our pool pump was fixed in less than a week.

They are very responsive and make job assignment immediately. The assigned contractors would contact me often within a few hours and schedule the service delivery.
I was happy with the turn around time. The texts I get about the service tech is very helpful. I do like the new payment method being done on the internet.
My husband and I have had AHS since July of last year (2018). We've made three services calls of which two were completed exceedingly. one was a problem with the ice-maker in the refrigerator of which AHS sent out a technician within a day or two determined appliance was not repairable and was informed of options for replacement and within 10 days a new refrigerator was delivered at absolutely no cost to us.
