ahs has done a really good job taking care of our claims.Except for one incidence of bad communication, we are very happy with their service. Had a refrigerator replaced last year and a water heater this year. good service and good contractots
the claims process was smooth. the technician arrived on time and was very professional. he completed the job and discussed the issues regarding the dryer.
This is the first time I have used the warranty. My washer was making a terrible noise and I called AHS. They had a service person call me the next day. He came and picked up the washer for repair. He ordered the parts, which took longer than he had thought. He delivered the washer back in a week and so far it is working fine. I am very pleased with the service.
American Home Shield is amazing. They have quality service professionals dispatched quickly to fix an issue. I highly recommend this service.

Easy to make service request on the website. Once you place your request you are notified of the vendor who will be providing the service and when you should expect to hear from them. AHS checks with you through out the process to ensure it is progressing satisfactory
AHS is the most dependable my wife and I have encounter. Everything that they promise with there service is so true . They are the best.
When our gas heater went out American Home Shield was easy to work with and schedule the work online. We quickly had a service repair representative in our house who went above and beyond to fix our heating issue. He even made some adjustments to improve the operation of the system.
