Excellent and timely support. Very experienced and professional contractors. Great services.
Washer went out. Contracted company took days to come out. Tech was was great though, going on 3 weeks without a washer waiting for a part to come in, though no fault of contracted company, said it was American Home that authorizes the parts
With my appliances I've always had good customer service with LA Appliance. American Home Shield is very informative to when the company will be out and the company does let you know when they will be at your house.
We've been using American Home Shield for approximately 4 years now. During that 4 year time period we've had many household items repaired/serviced to our amazment and satisfaction.
AHS has been a life saver for us during the 15 years that we have been members! Service is relatively prompt and they have always resolved our problems.

Very happy with "Patrick" our plumber that arrived right on time and quickly fixed the problems . Had everything on his truck .
Warranty part is excellent, but takes too long to speak with someone. I was on the phone for two hours on one call.
