I can see that better companies are being used. I have had great results with the contractors who have come out lately.
I was impressed by AHS totally in all aspects of customer service, the service on my refrigerator was excellent... the technician called ahead of time and was on time...
I had purchased a house with an older 42” range that no longer functioned properly...basically had one temp...burn. They were unable to fix it so credited me $3,000.00 towards a brand new one! The process was swift and efficient! Could not be more pleased with the seor the company!

AHS was remarkable. The repair concerns a refrigerator. The technician was sent out within 24 hours of logging in for repairs. He could not repair. I was given an option of a generous cash settlement or selecting a refrig from there options or one from anywhere. I choose to select one from an outside source within the offered price. It was delivered promptly. The delivery men were wonderful. Could not be more pleased with replacement frig The charge was paid quickly by AHS. AHS could not have been better!!!
Results were great, however, it is a 30 to 40 minute wait on the phone to get help.

Water heater flooded the garage on a Sunday. After waiting on-hold over an hour, they assigned a service provider whose first available was the following weekend. Called AHS back (another hour on hold), but was happy they assigned another provider who came out the following morning and was able to inspect the issue and get approval to replace the unit immediately. In the end they ultimately exceeded my expectations.
Gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure our a/c unit was fixed properly and didn't try to push a new unit on us like other companies have in the past. Highly recommend
