My heating unit went out on new year's day, it was very cold, I called AMHS, spoke with a representive . I explained my situation. She contacted a service provider, within 30 minutes the provider called me. set up an appointment. Heating problem was resolved same day .
Your customer service and employees, once the phone is answered, is excellent. Your repairman are excellent. I left after approx 20 years and came right back, because the other company, Am. Res. could not match your service in any way. I am well pleased.

Service is good. Phone wait is too long.
The pricing is okay, but the after hours calls are not good. I had an issue that I needed a plumber as early as the next day but no answer on evening call. The next day when I did speak plumber she was of no help. I had to try and get AHS to set me up with another plumber. The pits. Some improvements are needed.
Everything is great if you do it online. If you need to talk to someone expect to be on hold for 30 minutes.

AHS has a quick response when service has been needed at my home. I appreciate that very much.
Our heating system went out and AHS got someone to call us immediately.... They came over, diagnosed the problem and explained the repair. Heat came on and they were out the door.... Outstanding service!
