They are quick to respond and never any hassles, even when something needs to be replaced.
This warranty is the best thing I’ve ever purchased. Thankfully I don’t need to use it to often but when I do they are fast, professional, reliable and resolve my issues fully. I just can’t say enough good things. Everybody should be using them...they are a lifesaver!!!

Great service to have for the unforseen expensives in your home. My refrigerator went out and AHS did an excellent job in repairing/replacing it. Great affordable service to have for all homeowners!
Several companies that were used replace item of an inferior quality. Two examples are: my thermostat needed replacing and I was given a cheap replacement. My previous thermostat was digital with date & time. Another example was my garbage disposal was replaced with a cheaper model than what I had originally. Other service matters have been top notch with AHS.
My dryer wet out and I went on line to request repair. The company immediately sent me a confirmation and notice as to which repair service would contact me. They called the next morning and scheduled an appointment to come and repair my dryer. The service technician showed up on time and was able to quickly repair the dryer with parts he had on his truck. He was quick, quiet and cleaned up after himself. I am very glad I have American Home Shield coverage!
Excelent customer service. There was no time waisted. The tec came out, was friendly and fixed my issues. Will definatly recomend.
Overall my experiences with covered appliance repairs has been good. However, I would like to see AHS offer the customer the option of using a contractor of their choice based on an estimate provided by an AHS contractor. Provide an option for a cash settlement in order to hire their own contractor.
