The called someone out to fix our original problem but the plumber had to cut a hole in the wall and AHS said they would have someone come out to fix the wall under the same call out price and we still have yet to have our wall fixed.
Good coverage and pricing but bad service in general (contract firms and sub-par). Example - last winter my heating unit was not working, when I called the service they came after 5 days forcing me to buying electric heaters in the meanwhile. Then they cleaned the heating CO exhaust with a wire for 2 mins saying it was clogged and were done. 2 days later had the same problem again requiring another service payment and same remedy.
My washer could not be fixed and the had me a new one right away

I have been with AHS for several years and have always had an excellent experience. They get a service tech here within two days. Usually, it is only one day. I have been very pleased with service and will continue with AHS.
Garage door spring broke, so could not open door. Service response was excellent. Garage door spring was fixed, replaced, with no delay. Repairman took the time, after the repair to teach me about garage doors. Excellent job.
Wait time to get through to customer service is too long. Need more agents available.
I needed a plumber to unclog a drain. The plumber was from a local company, well known in the area. He notified me when he was on his way, arrived on time, was professional & respectful. AHS handled the billing for the deductible & the entire process was seamless.
