called in heat pump problem over holidays . AHS responded immediately, service company contacted me and came out first thing in the morning. checked out entire system added some fr ion, answered all my concerns, and were very helpful.
I was having problems with my air conditioner...called AHS and they took care of everything. A local company was at our house within a couple of days..assessed the problem and fixed it. AHS automatically deducted our fee and that was the end of the story. How easy could that be and how nice when everything is usually such a nightmare to get things done to have someone take control and do the work for you. I could not be happier with my first experience.
My last use was for a bad garbage disposal. American Home shield had a plumber call in less than 24hrs, and that company came to fix it 4hrs later. The plumber was kind, courteous, and professional. Hats off the plumber and AHS.
I have always got quick and awesome service. Service companies call promptly show up on time and complete the work in a perfessional manner .
We used the whole house warranty for our microwave convect oven and was quite pleased with the service. The repair man showed up on time and made the repair and our microwave is working again.
We received timely and excellent service on the repair of our garage door opener. We would not hesitate to use this provider in the future.
Our furnace went out right before I had to travel or of town. Thankfully we had the insurance to repair the furnace so my family would not freeze while I was gone. American was very timely and effigies th in getting a repair person to our gone quickly and they repaired it quickly as well.
