Very fast service and easy request process
The quick response to need repair or inspection. Someone actually answers th he for assistance. These things are outstanding.
I have 1 complaint but so far so good. Contract prices keep increasing and that is not good.
Overall I have had excellent service using AHS. I have had several warranty calls which have been resolved very quickly.
American Home Shield provides competitive pricing for customers. Also, chose reliable and reputable contractors to repair items.
I've had AHS coverage for over 20 years and they've never let me down. I like the majority of the companies that they select for my repair services and on the very few occasions that there's been a problem with a particular repair company, AHS has fixed that situation too. Over the past 20 years, my AHS coverage has been flawless, including my most recent problem with a garbage disposal. I've recommended AHS to mulitple friends.
I dislike the fact that your customers have to pay two months in advance in order to change a billing date many and almost all of my other companies. Don’t make you change your due date paying two months in advance. That’s ridiculous. That is my only problem with American Home Shield.
Everytime I request service, it is handled timely and professional.
The technician that came to our home to do the repairs was very prompt, courteous and professional, and finish the job with no issues
