It was quick and professional
I enjoy the service and also the expedite process as well as the customer service experience. I want to know why the service fee went up from $75 to $100, I did not sign up for the $100 fee! Upon further review, I see that the fees are now $100 or $125. I should have been contacted about the change before it was changed. I would like to be included.
