You did perfectly, my icemaker didn’t work, so the technician had to replace it with a new one. Now it works perfectly.
I contacted AHS through their app informing them of our problem with our double oven. They contacted a local service company who in turn scheduled an appointment. Within a few days the service rep came to our house, determined the problem, ordered parts and returned to fix the problem within a week. I was very pleased with AHS’s quick response and use of a very reputable service company to fix the problem. I am glad I have my service contract with AHS.
Good job, but it could have been a lot faster. I don't care for third-party businesses; knowing who to call who is covered by insurance, or who to pay for non-covered items, it's too confusing.
