AHS contacted the plumbing company to send out another technician to re-diagnose the problem. The plumber was able to fix the problem.
I appreciated AHS quick turnaround time from the time we reported our issue to the time a service provider could be here.
I like the fact that it was easy to schedule my two work orders (refrigerator repair, bathroom sink slow running facets. What I don’t like is: since the initial visit the follow up for both work orders has not been scheduled, nor completed.
My experience with this company has been better than I had with a couple of other companies providing similar services. AHS has a good system and provide their customers with a good value for their money. They also are polite and i did not find any discrimination which i can easily tell when its occurring even if it is subtle. The best thing i like about AHS is that they give their customers cash out options or upgrade options on the appliances that are being changed. Some other companies do not allow this which sucks.

I pays for unexpected expenses and uses good contractors.
Overall better than no coverage, but quality of vendors, response time and increase in yearly premium with no substantive changes in services are drawbacks.
So far it’s working well for me at my new place. Repair man that was sent was excellent.
Great customer service . Finds good repair options for your product and hone needs. Disappointed with the increase in coverage for 2024 as well as the 25.00 increase for the service call .
