The service people that came were good but it took roughly 3 weeks for them to come which is way too long

Working with the American Home Shield has not been bad , I 've had a couple of times where things did not go as I thought they would or should, but I'm still satisfied with the overall service

Request easy to make and companies respond quickly. Two repairs not fully covered and the rules can be confusing. My 11 year old washer has had 2 repairs in a month for same thing and currently not working. This is very difficult now. Laundromats expensive and inconvenient
