ASH makes setting up a claim a breeze. Their representatives are professional and courteous. They are also quick to send out repair teams that are experienced in their field. I am very pleased with how I was treated and how my issue was resolved quickly.

The technician came over and really didn't diagnose any issues. Saw it was working and left. So now if the problem occurs again I will have to Pay the deductible again

The rating would be 5 stars if it hadn’t taking a full month to get my Washer Repaired. The Washer Maintenance personnel was great with the diagnosis and repair but the time between getting the technician out and ordering the parts and repair was entirely too long. It needs to a faster response and repair time because I was without a washer from 12/7/2024 until 1/2/2025

I have had great service and I’ve had bad service with AHS, we have been customers for 21 years, in the past they were a very trusted company and provided great service, I have had a mixed bag lately. I have had a few unexpected claims.
