home shield representatives are difficult to understand and in my experience they do not understand the product. seems they read from a script without having knowledge of contracts. this is very frustrating.
It was an easy process and the scheduling was quick.

Multiple Claims, no issues at all and timeline to resolve is great too. Premium didn't go up either because it's business as usual for them for insurance coverage that covers things that fail on us time and again.
The technician was prompt, and professional. He identified the problem and repaired the garage in a matter of minutes.
They were very proactive in resolving our washer problem.
Initial call in after filing claim/s, frustrating at times as the call seems to go OFF Shore and hard to understand. Once my latest claim was dispatched, as URGENT, after a few more calls, I got a good plumber. He diagnosed septic issues. My policy covered such an issue. I was advised my check for nearly all the 1400.00 bill was en route via mail. AHS is great and I wouldn't be without it. I'd like to see them be a little faster is all -- that would get them five stars from me. When my AC broke a couple months ago I was dealing with 100+ degree temps for almost three days before a service technician contacted me. Of course, HVAC companies were really busy then, so maybe it wasn't their fault entirely. But I had a similar wait time for a dishwasher repair a few years back.
