Takes too long to get service to our home. When given the option to her our own contractor, it takes forever to get reimbursed, if at all.

American Home Shield Representative told me you ordered a new Carrier Brand 4 ton gas Furnace. They sent a unit with crane ECO TEMP. This is not a Carrier brand nor manufactured by Carrier. It is another company that I understand is a subsidiary company of Carrier. I’m disappointed that someone in American Shield sent me a unit from another brand that you told me you ordered for me. I have been a customer of American Home Shield over fourteen years and have always received what you said until this time.
