The last AC call charged $100 and claimed they could not fix it. I had called another contractor and they came and fixed a broken wire.
I've had to chase them and a technician to actually fix my ductwork for over a week and counting. Called multiple times to speak with representatives who gave me conflicting information. Nothing is clear, not even in the contracts. I wish I could say I want to renew, but it's looking like SLIM chance at this point.

The vendor that was assigned to to the work at my home has not done it. I called it in on 7/16/22 and as of today the work has not even been started. I have been waiting since 7/19/22 for them to get a bulb for my microwave.
