I thought American Home Shield would pay for install of Hot Water Heater. They did not. I had to pay 200 dollars for installation fee.

I called about 4 times to have my name change instead of having husband and they told that they would give 100.00 Credit which they have not done

I’m very unhappy with my recent service request. The plumbing company they sent gave me the “run around” and gave incorrect info to AHS and said negative things about AHS to me when I confronted them. Then I spoke to AHS and they promised to have the repair done and then promptly reversed their position one day later when the tech was supposed to come. They never responded promptly and I requested repair service 1 and half month ago but they even didn't schedule a person yet.

Lack of professionalism. Not committing to what they advertising Their contractors are low quality. My jet jacuzzi got damaged by their contractor and later on i found out they are not tru plumbers, but they were sewer drainage business

Everything went well except having to wait over two weeks for the repair when the part was received less than a week after the initial service call.
