My washing machine broke down and the tech came to try and fix it but it would cost more so AHS replaced it by giving me a new washer and installing it and hauling old one away. Very easy process. Thanks AHS!
My oven quit working and it was replaced. Got a gift card and was able to go and pick out my new oven.
Quick and easy
AHS was amazing from the start. They provided me with service providers (The first one was horrible but the second one was amazing!!) They were quick to offer a replacement and then provide me with an agency that not only delivered my washer but set it up and removed the old. Thank you AHS you amaze me!!
The service was as promised and my problem, which turned out to be a simple issue, was resolved. For that I give high marks. My issue with AHS is that now have an apparent (unspoken? ) policy of avoiding any contact with customers and never, ever actually allow a customer to talk to anyone. That is a change from years past and it is offputting and short-sighted.

Technician came and assessed the problem, ordered the parts and came back several weeks later and repaired the icemaker. Works wonderful again.
The worker came and located the problem. Took care of the problem and was very good at his job. Very pleased.
