Cannot contact them via email or must wait on hold for an hour or more! Online only allows you to request service

Quick to collect, poor with follow up and non-responsive to inquiries that needed "escalation". Asked for service fee to be waived on a dishwasher repair issue that was diagnosed at a previous visit, but not addressed and then required a second (they called it a "new" service request). Rep could not schedule service without collecting fee, promised a "decision" from management within 24-48 hours. If you could give them a negative star rating I would. We have spent literally days on hold trying to get a bathtub fixed. When finally do get through, the service reps are generally in a bad mood, but who wouldn't be if you had to deal with people who have been on hold for 4+hours! (we timed it) Then you get a different story each time, "the repair has been approved", "we are waiting for a part" , "that is not covered by your plan"' we called the contractor".
