They do not use top quality vendors. They take advantage of Senior Citizens and make them pay for most of the repairs. Customer service reps give people the run around and speak broken English.

Typical warranty company... they take the money but when it comes time to pay out to repair, they don't want to pay out. Save $80 dollars a paycheck in a separate account and that is your warranty money.

No local contractors, and I live in the capital city of Florida.To fix the air conditioner plumbing it takes at least a week

Even though the technician was still on site, I was not too happy that there was another service call fee.
I was completely misled by a representative. Lied to is a better way of putting it. Now I am out 400 dollars because the company is dishonest I had a plumbing issue. They sent in plumbers to fix the pipe. The plumbers had to tear out some wall. They also knocked out some of the studs in the wall. I called them and they said they would find someone to come fix it. I'm not as happy with them as i feel I should be I've used it once and I thought the warranty was to keep me from paying out of pocket but I still paid 300.00 out of pocket if this is how good the warranty is I'm thinking of canceling and asking for my money back
I have asked for a supervisor from the Authorization Department to call me about an issue and after two months of waiting and holding for a total of 8 hours have still heard NOTHING from them. I was assured by three of your employees that my request would be honored. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
